Qualifier

If you cannot make it to the programme after paying the fee, you may transfer your fee to a future session (next or thereafter). However:

1. While in all likelihood the programme will continue into the future, we do not guarantee this. We will conduct future sessions only if we can get enough participants.

2. If we have committed your food costs (e.g. to the hotel) and are unable to recover the money, you will be required to pay for the food at the next session.
